Within Veriteer, MadeFor can have a bigger impact on the professionalisation of CX.
From our inception, the mission at MadeFor has been to help professionals thrive in the emerging customer experience (CX) discipline. Through our catalogue of learning experiences, we’ve been able to help individuals and brands across Europe and the US learn about service design, digital product management, customer science, and more. However, our ambitions never stopped at just ‘learning’. Our vision is to help CX mature as a profession, and to help brands and individuals build capability, rather than just knowledge.
Our bootcamps are already immersive learning experiences that allow participants to put their learning into practice and rehearse the collaborative behaviours required to operate in dynamic, cross-functional teams. But we have always known that we need to go further, and enable sustainable capability development - helping individuals and teams evolve from novice to expert, and helping companies build healthy ecosystems for these teams to thrive in.
This ambition is why we’re so excited to announce that MadeFor has officially become part of Veriteer.
As we join forces, MadeFor will maintain its name as a new capability agency within Veriteer. Expanding beyond our industry-leading bootcamps, we will offer organisational design, company culture, change management, and community-building services. Working closely with Veriteer’s established customer-led growth and digitalisation divisions, our aim is to help today’s most iconic brands become tomorrow’s most successful brands.
And as part of this change you’ll see that we have a fresh new look that highlights our relationship with Veriteer. This new branding will gradually roll out across all of our content.
This merger will provide MadeFor with the resources and opportunities to drive our mission forward, and help both companies make an even bigger impact for our customers and communities.
"Bringing MadeFor into Veriteer is an exciting development for both companies," said Niall Lavery, CEO at Veriteer. "We have always believed that capability development is essential for brands to get fit for the future and unlock sustainable growth. With MadeFor and Veriteer working together, we are taking a significant step towards providing an end-to-end market offering, and we’re really excited about how things are going to evolve.“
